Mosque TV display and prayer time screens
MyMasjidScreen turns any television in a mosque into a live prayer-time display, and gives the congregation a free phone app for the same times. A mosque pairs a screen with a six-digit code, then manages everything from the web: prayer times and Iqamah, announcements, events, fundraising campaigns and the Friday khutbah. 2,605 mosques in 79 countries and 1,255 towns publish their prayer times here.
What a mosque gets
- Prayer time display for TVs. Android TV, Fire TV, Samsung and LG screens, or any browser. Counts down to the next Adhan and Iqamah.
- Digital signage for the prayer hall. Announcements, events, Janazah notices, donation QR codes and a news ticker between prayer times.
- Announcement system. Put a message on every screen from the web panel or from the imam's phone, and ask the hall to silence phones before the prayer.
- Live khutbah audio. Broadcast the Friday sermon so people at home or in an overflow room can listen on their phone.
- Remote control of every screen. See which screens are online, switch what they show, refresh, restart or take a screenshot without leaving your desk.
- Works without internet. A screen keeps showing the correct times from its saved timetable, and comes back on its own after a power cut.
- Mosque management. Members and ID cards, door check-in by scanning a card, donations, a timetable PDF and an embeddable prayer-time widget for the mosque's own website.
What visitors get, free
- Their mosque's prayer times and Iqamah, with a countdown, on the web and in the phone app.
- Adhan notifications, a home-screen widget and calculated times by location when no mosque is listed nearby.
- Qibla compass, the Holy Quran with translation and twelve reciters, adhkar, a tasbih counter and a Zakat calculator.
- A halal directory of restaurants, butchers and Islamic services.
- English, العربية, Svenska and Soomaali.

Common questions
What do we need to put prayer times on a TV in the mosque?
A television and an internet connection. Install the app on an Android TV or Fire TV, or open the display address in the TV browser. The screen shows a six-digit code, you enter it once in the mosque dashboard, and the times appear.
Does the display keep working if the internet goes down?
Yes. Each screen keeps its timetable, so it carries on showing the correct prayer times without a connection, and starts again on its own after a power cut.
Can we show announcements and fundraising between prayer times?
Yes. Announcements, events, Janazah notices, a news ticker and donation QR codes can all be shown, and you choose whether a screen shows prayer times, news, or both in turn.
Can the imam control the screens from a phone?
Yes. A mosque admin or manager can sign in on their phone to see which screens are online, put a message on them, ask the hall to silence phones, refresh or restart a screen, and view a picture of what each one is showing.
Is there an app for the congregation?
Yes, and it is free. It shows the mosque's own prayer times and Iqamah with a countdown, Adhan notifications, a Qibla compass, the Quran, adhkar and a Zakat calculator, in English, Arabic, Swedish and Somali.
Can people listen to the Friday khutbah remotely?
Yes. When the imam broadcasts, anyone can listen live on the website or in the phone app, which helps those who are ill, travelling or in an overflow room.
How much does it cost?
The app and the prayer times are free for the congregation. Mosques register on mymasjidscreen.com; see the site for current plans.
